Prologue

When I had heard of Jadis the Witch’s plan to steal the Orthana and use it to destroy the Silver Tree, I felt it was my duty and obligation to try and stop her. After all, I am Reepicheep, the leader of the Talking Mice of Narnia, and as such I have made it my personal responsibility to help defend Narnia from all evils.

For you to understand what I am talking about here, I should at least explain some of it from the beginning so you know who Jadis is, if you don’t already, and the Silver Tree and the Orthana or Black Ax.
